Sumptuous bite sized combinations of rice and fresh fish – sushi is always a welcome addition to any meal! There are 2 main types of sushi Maki and Nigiri.
Maki refers to any type of sushi which is made in a roll with sushi rice, toasted seaweed nori, and various fillings.
Nigiri sushi is a type of Japanese dish made with sushi rice and fresh fish. The sushi rice is hand formed into a small clump, and the fish is sliced and pressed on top of it.
Another Japanese delicacy carefully prepared by COSMO’s expert chefs is Sashimi – very fresh fish sliced into thin pieces and served with a dipping sauce. Mmm!
