Forget what you think you know about Pan Asian cuisine and let your taste buds be educated in the true authentic flavours, aromas and textures of Eastern cooking. Set in a beautifully designed environment with live cooking stations and an abundance of custom made features, COSMO is set to be THE destination restaurant in Swansea.
From the moment you walk through the door and descend down the decedent staircase into the subterranean food paradise, your senses awaken at the feast that lies ahead.
Allow us to take you on a gastronomic tour of the East with recipes spanning 9 countries (China, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Mongolia, Singapore, Vietnam and India), there are over 180 dishes always available and freshly prepared by expert chefs. A particular speciality is our fine selection of authentic Indian dishes - created by chefs that learnt their craft in some of India's finest restaurants. We use a traditional tandoori oven because nothing beats the taste of fresh naan bread and succulent marinated meat fresh out of the oven. These cooking techniques have developed and evolved over centuries – so we have felt no need to change them!

Smell the aromatic scents and hear the sizzle of fresh ingredients cooked in front of you at the live cooking stations.
