The Continental Chef is required to provide quality Continental food including Mexican and/or Italians to our guests and to maintain high standards of food hygiene and health & safety at all times.

What we’re looking for

  • Expertise in Continental including Mexican and/or Italians cuisines cooking
  • NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent
  • Certificate of Level 2 Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP
  • Good English
  • A flexible attitude
  • Enthusiastic about food and hospitality industry
  • Good communication skill
  • Team player
